1.1 Procurement

Purchase Requisition

This module assists users create and maintain Purchase Requisition.

Purchase Order

This module assists users create and maintain Purchase Order.

Maintain Suppliers

This module assists users maintain the suppliers' information and evaluate suppliers’ performance.

1.2 SICS

Receiving

This module assists users create and maintain Goods Receive Note (GRN), create CRN for Petty Cash and putaway stock items.

Issuing

This module assists users raise issue pass for required spare part and pick spare part.

Inventory Control

This module contains four sub-modules: Recondition/Return, Stocktake, Stock Disposal and Stock Adjustment.

• Recondition/Return
  This module assists users create and manage Recondition/Return form for spare part.
• Stocktake
  This module assists users conduct stock take for all stock items keeping in store.
• Stock Disposal
  This module assists users dispose spare part, which can not be used anymore.
• Stock Adjustment
  This module assists users adjust quantity, location and price of stock item.

Report

This module contains five reports. They are Stock Movement, Fast Moving, High Cost, Stock by Supplier and Stock Volume.

• Stock Movement
  This report assists users trace stock movement for specified asset type.
• Fast Moving
  This report allows users to enquire top 10 stocks by issued quantity.
• High Cost
  This report allows users to enquire top 10 stocks by issued cost.
• Stock by Supplier
  This is used to enquire stocks by supplier.
• Stock Volume
  This is used to enquire a list of stocks by stock group, stock# and stock description.

Admin

This module allows users to manage Location, Stock Group, Stock and Standard Part List. Users can enquire, create, edit and delete above static information.

Auto Purchase Requisition

This module is a backend function, which can automatically raise PR for each stock item once its volume reaches predefined minimum level.

Schedule

This module assists users create and maintain job for equipment for ordinary preventive maintenance.

Work Plan for Month

This function allows users to create monthly work plan and compare with actual jobs.

PM Summary

This function allows users to view preventive maintenance jobs information by equipment type and operation code.

Operation Code Maintenance

This module assists users create and maintain operation code, and attach or un-attach an operation code to equipments.

Equipment Maintenance

This module assists users record equipment’s meter reading data for ordinary, PM and monthly check. It also allows user to attach or un-attach an equipment to operation codes.

Job

This module assists users create and maintain jobs for following equipment event: Breakdown, Accident and Corrective Repair.
It also allows users to deploy tech on jobs, and start, cancel, close or interrupt jobs.

AMF

This module assists users create and maintain accident/mishandling form.

Team

This module assists users view current deployment status for team and technician. It also allows users to create and maintain team, and add technicians to team and remove technicians from team.

Monthly Meter Reading

This module assists users input monthly meter reading of electricity and fuel. It also allows users to view monthly meter reading of electricity and fuel.

This report allows user to view monthly job fulfill report, include statistic of plan, actual and backlog.

Actual Work Report for Year

This report allows user to view yearly actual work statistic report.

KPI Report

This report allows user to view KPI statistic information of specific equipment type and character of jobs.

Gross Performance

This report allows user to view gross performance summary information.

This module assists users to maintain shift code and roster pattern, generate and maintain staff roster.

This module contains two reports. They are Shift Roster Deployment and Technician Working Hours.

  This report allows user to view staff shift roster deployment report by specified shift code and month.
• Technician Working Hours
  This report allows user to view planned working hours for specified technician and specified period.

Auto Generate Roster

This module is a backend function, which can automatically generate roster for each staff for following four months.
